One of the things that makes Luck Stone so unique is their commitment to the community. They have committed multi-year funding for a greener, greater Fulton Hill Business District in Richmond.

The project will improve water quality by implementing green stormwater infrastructure practices to treat and capture stormwater runoff and reduce urban heat island impacts while improving Fulton’s climate resiliency. There is also an economic element to the project, the Launch Fulton Green Jobs Initiative.

Luck has made it clear that it is a priority to work in sections of the city that need to be uplifted. This is just one example of how they are utilizing their skill set to put people first.
