I would love the opportunity to impact people's lives in ways that help them to reach their full potential. I love to see people succeed in their work and personal goals whatever those goals may be, this is why I love my role as a foreman! I get to teach, help, coach people, and hopefully one day help them achieve greatness through the values that have been instilled in myself.

If I had a dream it would be being in a leadership role that molds future leaders in achieving their own personal greatness, so that one day they can help the people that work with them achieve their personal goals.
